How soon can I get the materials delivered?

Ottr offers same-day delivery for orders placed before 10:30 AM and next-day delivery on most orders across Greater Boston.

Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

Ottr delivers Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 5 PM ET. Sunday and federal holiday delivery available by special request for an additional dispatch fee.

Can you deliver to commercial job sites?

Yes, Ottr regularly delivers to commercial job sites across Greater Boston. Volume pricing, contractor accounts, multi-truck dispatch, and Net-30 terms available.

What’s your return or cancellation policy?

Bulk materials are non-returnable once delivered or loaded. Cancel free up to 24 hours before delivery. Wrong-material, damaged, or short-load deliveries get full refund or replacement.

Do you sell by the bag or only in bulk?

Ottr sells bulk only — no bagged products. Bulk by the cubic yard is typically 30-50% cheaper per cubic foot than bagged equivalents at big-box retailers.

Is your rock washed or screened?

Ottr's decorative gravel and driveway stone are screened and washed to remove fines and debris. Aggregate base materials (dense pack) intentionally include fines for compaction.
