At Ottr Supply, our mission is to provide high-quality landscape materials with reliable delivery and outstanding customer service. Due to the nature of our products—loose bulk materials such as mulch, rock, soil, and sand—all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or loaded.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any orders once the materials have been delivered or picked up. Because our products are loose bulk materials, we cannot take material back once it has been off-loaded from the truck. This policy helps us maintain product integrity, safety, and efficiency for all customers.
Defective or Incorrect Materials — Free Replacement
If your delivery contains defective or incorrect material (wrong product, wrong size, or material that does not meet the listed specification), contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@ottrsupply.com or (617) 645-0987. We will make it right with a replacement delivery of the correct material at no charge to you. While we cannot take back off-loaded material, the replacement load is always on us.
Customer Satisfaction Matters
While all sales are final, we genuinely care about your experience and want you to be satisfied. If there is an issue with your order—such as delivery concerns, incorrect material, or other problems—we encourage you to contact us. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue promptly and exceed your expectations.
