Pipeline

We're looking for a self-motivated salesperson who can build relationships with contractors, landscapers, and homeowners across Greater Boston. You'll be the voice of Ottr — converting inbound leads and hunting down new ones.

  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and website leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with local contractors
  • Know the product line well enough to advise customers on material selection
  • Comfortable on the phone and in person

The logistics brain of the operation. You'll coordinate drivers, manage delivery windows, liaise with suppliers, and make sure every order lands where it's supposed to — on time. There are a lot of moving parts, and you'll be the one holding them together.

  • Schedule and route daily deliveries across Greater Boston
  • Communicate delivery windows to customers and drivers
  • Coordinate material sourcing with our supplier network
  • Stay calm and adapt fast when things change — because they will

You'll be the last mile of the Ottr operation — delivering bulk landscape materials like gravel, topsoil, and mulch directly to customers across Greater Boston. Reliable, professional, and safe are the only requirements that matter.

  • CDL required only if operating a vehicle over 26,000 lbs GVW — we run both CDL and non-CDL trucks
  • Local delivery routes only — last delivery typically wraps by 4–5pm
  • Interact directly with customers at each drop-off
  • Clean driving record and professional demeanor

  • Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Create short-form video content showcasing deliveries, materials, and the team
  • Support SEO efforts and help build out the website
  • Track what's working and bring new ideas to the table

Own your truck? Partner with us. We're actively building our network of owner-operators across Greater Boston. You handle the equipment, we handle the orders and dispatch. It's a straightforward arrangement — and a consistent source of local delivery work if you're the right fit.

  • Must own and operate your own dump truck
  • CDL required only if your truck is over 26,000 lbs GVW — we work with both CDL and non-CDL owner-operators
  • Work as an independent contractor — set your own availability
  • Local routes only — last delivery typically wraps by 4–5pm, no nights or long hauls
  • Consistent volume for reliable operators in our network
