Because the fee is driving distance, not a town-by-town price list: a flat $100 per truckload covers the first 30 driving miles from our Dispatch Office in Dorchester, and addresses beyond that add $4 per mile per load. Two towns that sit next to each other can differ by a few dollars simply because one is a few miles farther down the road.
