FAQ

What's the difference between curbside and on-property delivery?

Curbside means the truck dumps at the street or driveway edge; on-property means it drives onto your lawn or yard — and that second option requires a signed waiver. Curbside is the default because it puts zero risk on your grounds.

Side by side

Curbside / driveway Default; no paperwork; truck stays on pavement
On-property By request with a waiver; a 30,000–40,000 lb truck can rut lawns and soft ground

Timing matters in late winter: thawing lawns are at their softest, so curbside is usually the smart call until the ground firms up. If the pile has to land beside a backyard project, request the on-property drop when you order and complete the waiver. Choose either at checkout — details on the delivery page, or call or text (617) 645-0987.
