FAQ

What happens to my delivery if it snows?

Heavy snow can shift your delivery window by a day or two — and we call before it does. Deliveries run year-round, so a routine storm usually means a later window rather than a lost day; a plowable storm may push non-urgent loads to the next clear morning.

How storm scheduling works

  • Salt and sand orders get priority routing during and right after storms
  • Mulch, soil, and stone loads reschedule first — they can wait, ice can't
  • Dispatch calls or texts with your new window; nothing is needed on your end

If a load truly can't wait — an active job site, a skating rink of a parking lot — say so in your order notes and dispatch plans around it. The full weather policy is on the delivery page, or call or text (617) 645-0987 the morning of a storm for a live update.
