A "load" is one dump-truck trip — and the delivery fee is charged per load, not per yard. One truck carries up to 10 cubic yards of mulch or up to 6 cubic yards of stone, gravel, sand, or soil, so 2 yards of loam and 6 yards of loam cost exactly the same to deliver.
