Yes — white marble keeps its color, because the stone is white through and through, not coated or dyed. It will not fade the way dyed mulch does. What you may notice is a surface film — road dust, pollen, or leaf litter — that dulls the brightness between rains.
Keeping it bright
- Hose it down once or twice a season; rain does most of the work
- Expect a thin dust film on a fresh load from transit — it rinses right off
- Edging and landscape fabric keep soil from splashing up into the stone
