FAQ

Does frozen ground affect bulk material delivery?

Mostly no — driveway and curbside drops run as normal on frozen ground, all winter long. Pavement doesn't care about frost. The one exception is on-property drops: hard frost, and the muddy thaws between freezes, can delay a lawn or yard placement until conditions are safe for a heavy truck. If a window does need to move, we call ahead — nothing is required on your end.

There's an upside to the season: winter is the easiest time of year to book. The calendar is open, windows are flexible, and salt or sand orders keep moving even through storm weeks. Stone and fill deliver just fine in the cold, and early-spring loam dates are wide open right now.

Drop options and weather policies are on the delivery page, or call or text (617) 645-0987.
