Yes — as of August 2026, Ottr delivers to all 60 Worcester County municipalities as standard service. Worcester County is our newest coverage area: same trucks, same materials, and the same simple fee model — a flat $100 per load within 30 driving miles of our Dispatch Office in Dorchester, then $4 per mile beyond that. Milford, for example, runs about $148 per load; your exact fee appears at checkout when you enter your ZIP.
