From harborside historic homes to newer neighborhoods off Route 3, drops are curbside or driveway by default. Larger properties can request on-lawn placement with a quick waiver — a loaded truck is heavy, so we ask before crossing turf. Same-day delivery is available on orders placed before 10:30 AM, and you do not need to be home for the drop.
