Yes — beach houses and coastal roads get regular deliveries, from the South Shore down through the Cape. The only rule is firm ground: a loaded dump truck weighs 30,000–40,000 lbs, so the drop happens on pavement, packed gravel, or another solid surface — never soft sand or a marshy shoulder.

- Pick a firm target: driveway, paved pull-off, or hard-packed pad
- You do not need to be there; the driver calls or texts about 15 minutes out
