No — Ottr is delivery-only, with no walk-in yard and no customer pickup. Everything is ordered online, sold loose by the cubic yard, and brought to your driveway by dump truck.
The model is deliberate: instead of running a retail yard, we run trucks — orders move fast, and a whole project's worth of material lands in one drop with no trailer rental and no six-trip weekend. Delivery is a flat $100 per load within 30 driving miles of our Dispatch Office in Dorchester, then $4 per mile beyond, shown exactly at checkout. Same-day on orders placed before 10:30 AM often beats a pickup round-trip anyway.
