Lunenburg Landscape Supply

Lake country defines Lunenburg. Three water bodies — Whalom Lake, Hickory Hills Lake and Lake Shirley — set the pattern across nearly twenty-eight square miles on the northern edge of Worcester County. Whalom carried the Whalom Park amusement grounds until 2000, and the seasonal cottage rings at Hickory Hills and Lake Shirley have almost all converted to year-round houses on tight, sloping lots. Routes 2A and 13 are the working corridors, with Route 2 running just off the southwest corner past Fitchburg and Leominster. Away from the water it stays farm country — the town adopted an Agricultural Commission and Right to Farm bylaw — with hayfields on rolling till that sheds water quickly, and shoreline lots that need stone and drainage far more than the flat interior does. Ottr Landscape Supply delivers across all of it, whether you're armoring a shoreline bank at Hickory Hills, spreading loam for a new lawn off Route 2A, or setting a compacted base for a garage slab in the older Whalom cottages.

Same-day and next-day dump truck loads of mulch, gravel, screened loam, and decorative stone — no minimum order required, and we know the narrow lake roads around Whalom and Hickory Hills give a truck nowhere to turn around, so we plan the approach before the load leaves. Delivery to Lunenburg runs about $200 per load — $100 covers the first 30 miles from our Dispatch Office, then $4 per mile for the 25 miles beyond it. Since a single truck holds up to 6 cubic yards, filling the body brings delivery down to about $33 per yard. We also serve neighboring Fitchburg, Leominster, and Lancaster on the same routes. For gravel and crushed stone specifically, see our Lunenburg gravel supplier page. When you need dependable Lunenburg landscape supply, Ottr is the trusted name for bulk materials delivered right to your driveway or job site.
