The most recently incorporated town in Massachusetts, East Brookfield broke away from Brookfield in 1920 and covers barely ten square miles. Nearly everything here sits between water: Lake Lashaway on the north side of Main Street, Quaboag Pond and Quacumquasit to the west and south, and the low ground locals call the Flats, where the East Brookfield and Seven Mile Rivers come together. Hills ring the rest — Wheelock at 962 feet, Stone Hill, Carpenter Hill, Teneriffe — and the Paxton, Woodbridge and Ridgebury till beneath them sits on hardpan that holds water, while the northwest corner runs to sand and gravel over a high-yield aquifer. Route 9 is the spine of the town and the CSX Boston-to-Selkirk line runs right alongside Main Street, so timing matters on the village side. Ottr Landscape Supply delivers across all of it, whether you're building up a shoreline bed at Lake Lashaway, cutting a driveway base on a Podunk road south of Route 9, or hauling loam onto wet ground down on the Flats.
Same-day and next-day dump truck loads of mulch, gravel, screened loam, and decorative stone — no minimum order required, and we know the lake roads around Lashaway are narrow and the rail crossing on Main Street can hold a truck up. Delivery to East Brookfield runs about $228 per load — $100 covers the first 30 miles from our Dispatch Office, then $4 per mile for the 32 miles beyond it. Since a single truck holds up to 6 cubic yards, filling the body brings delivery down to about $38 per yard. We also serve neighboring Brookfield, North Brookfield, and Spencer on the same routes. For gravel and crushed stone specifically, see our East Brookfield gravel supplier page. When you need dependable East Brookfield landscape supply, Ottr is the trusted name for bulk materials delivered right to your driveway or job site.
