All bulk material sales are final once the truck is loaded or delivered. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Exceptions are made for wrong material, damaged-in-transit, or short-load issues.
The full policy in 4 lines
- Cancel free 24+ hours before delivery — message us or reply to the order confirmation
- Cancel within 24 hours of delivery — typically a 25% restocking fee (covers truck dispatch and loading already underway)
- Cancel after truck is loaded — final sale, no refund
- Cancel after delivery — final sale, no refund
When we'll refund or replace anyway
Bulk landscape materials can't be put back into inventory once they're loose, but we'll make it right when something goes wrong on our end:
- Wrong material delivered — contact us within 24 hours; we pick up the wrong material at no charge and deliver the right one ASAP
- Material damaged or contaminated on arrival — 24 hour window, with photos; we replace at no charge
- Quantity short of what you paid for — we deliver the missing balance free OR refund the difference at your option
- Order canceled before truck dispatched — full refund, no questions asked
Why bulk is final-sale by default
Once material is loose in your driveway, it's mixed with debris, exposed to weather, and not in marketable condition for resale. The 24-hour exceptions above protect you from delivery errors; the all-sales-final clause protects every customer from sharing the cost of "changed my mind" returns.
