Ottr's standard delivery hours are Monday through Saturday, 7 AM – 5 PM Eastern. Sunday and federal holiday deliveries are available by special request for an additional dispatch fee — typically used for time-sensitive contractor jobs or weather-emergency salt deliveries.

- Federal holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day): closed
- State holidays (Patriots Day, Bunker Hill Day): typically closed; check with us when ordering
When Sunday/holiday delivery makes sense
- Snow/ice emergency salt — contractor salt orders during named winter storms get priority Sunday and after-hours dispatch (additional fee)
- Tight contractor install windows — weekend project crews working a Sunday install need Saturday-evening or Sunday-morning material drop
- Holiday weekend prep — Memorial Day weekend mulch refresh: order Friday for Saturday delivery, NOT Monday morning of the holiday
Pre-holiday weekend planning
Long weekends (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day) are our heaviest residential refresh demand. Place orders 5–7 days ahead for guaranteed weekend slot. Last-minute holiday-week orders typically get Tuesday-after-the-holiday windows.
